Shweta Garg Classes primarily provides educational coaching and online services. However, in certain cases, physical materials (such as books, printed notes, certificates, or merchandise) may be shipped to students or customers as part of their enrollment or purchase.​

• All orders for physical materials are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation and payment.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.​

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

• Delivery is available within India.

• Standard shipping is used unless otherwise specified at checkout or in course communications.

• Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned during the order process.

• Free delivery may be provided for certain courses or promotional events. All details will be communicated in advance.​

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• The expected delivery time is typically 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on the recipient’s location.

• Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.​

6. Delivery Issues

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for prompt resolution.

• In the case of undeliverable or returned packages (due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts), additional reshipping fees may apply.​
